.SYNOPSIS...High pressure northeast of the area will maintain 
moderate to fresh trade winds and moderate seas across the 
regional waters through the weekend. A tight gradient associated
to strong high pressure north of the area will bring increasing 
winds and building seas across the Atlantic and Caribbean waters
during the early to middle part of next week.
