.SYNOPSIS...High pressure northeast of the area will maintain 
moderate to fresh trade winds and moderate seas across the 
regional waters tonight. Winds and seas should subside slightly 
during weekend over the Atlantic waters. A tight gradient 
associated to strong high pressure north of the area will bring 
increasing winds and building seas across the Atlantic and 
Caribbean waters early next week.
