.SYNOPSIS...High pressure northeast of the area will maintain 
moderate to fresh trade winds and moderate seas across the 
regional waters through Fri. Winds and seas should subside 
slightly by the weekend. A tight gradient associated to strong 
high pressure north of the area will bring increasing winds and 
building seas across the Atlantic waters on Mon.
