.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds over the Atlantic waters will 
increase to mostly fresh speeds starting tonight. Moderate swell
will continue to impact the Atlantic waters for the next few 
days. A somewhat larger N swell will arrive Tue night. It will 
begin to slowly abate beginning Thu.
