.SYNOPSIS...A rather weak pressure gradient is present while a 
weakening stationary frontal boundary remains roughly along 22N.
This pattern will continue to support gentle to moderate trade 
winds through tonight in the Atlantic, and moderate to fresh in 
the Caribbean. Trade winds will increase to fresh Mon night 
through Tue night as high pressure amplifies while it shifts 
eastward ahead of a strong cold front. Moderate swell will
impact Atlantic waters for the next few days. A somewhat larger 
N swell will arrive Tue night.
