.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle easterly winds will persist through
the end of the week as weak high pressure builds over the
western Atlantic. Moderate northeast swell will gradually 
subside over Atlantic waters through Thu. Looking ahead, the 
southern end of a cold front may reach the central Dominican 
Republic by late Sun, then become stationary and weaken through
late Mon.
