.SYNOPSIS...Northerly winds and NE swell follow a cold front that
moved into the region near Puerto Rico today. Strong high 
pressure will dominate most of the western Atlantic behind the 
front into Fri. The large northerly swell will persist over the 
regional Atlantic waters through early next week.
