.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will slowly approach the local area
through late today bringing fresh N to NE winds across the 
Atlantic waters through tonight. Strong high pressure will 
dominate most of the western Atlantic behind the front into Fri. 
Large northerly swell will persist over the regional Atlantic 
waters through early next week.
