.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will slowly approach the local area on
Thu bringing fresh N to NE winds across the Atlantic waters through
Thu night. Strong high pressure will dominate most of the western
Atlantic behind the front into Fri. Large NE swell will dominate
the regional Atlantic waters through the period. Seas will 
gradually subside beginning on Fri.
