.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will slowly approach the local area, 
and dissipate across the northern Mona Passage and local NW 
Atlantic waters early Fri. Strong high pressure will dominate 
most of the western Atlantic behind the front into Fri. Moderate
to fresh N to NE Thu night. Large NE swell will dominate the 
regional Atlantic waters through the period. Seas will gradually
subside beginning on Fri.
