.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate E winds will prevail through Wed
night as a western Atlantic cold front approaches the local area
and dissipates across the northern Mona Passage and local NW 
Atlantic waters early Fri. Strong high pressure will dominate 
most of the western Atlantic behind the front into Fri. As the
front dissipates early Fri moderate NE winds will develop across
the local waters early Fri through the weekend. Large NE swell 
will dominate the regional Atlantic waters through the period, 
peaking Wed night into Fri.
