.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate E winds will prevail through Wed
night as a cold front passes just N of the area. Strong high 
pressure will dominate most of the western Atlantic behind the 
front into Fri, leading to increased NE winds across the area.
Winds will diminish again Fri night into the weekend as the high
pressure weakens. Large NE swell will dominate the regional 
Atlantic waters through the period, peaking Wed night into Fri.
