.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to SE winds will prevail across 
the area tonight, then winds will gradually diminish Tue through
Wed as a cold front moves slowly eastward from Bermuda to central
Hispaniola. Strong high pressure will dominate most of the 
western Atlantic behind the front through Thu night before 
weakening across the region. Large NE swell will dominate the 
regional Atlantic waters through the period. The cold front 
is expected to reach from near 30N64W to the N central coast of 
Hispaniola near 20N70W by Wed morning, then gradually stall 
across the local NW Atlantic waters Thu night through Fri.
