.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to SE winds will prevail across 
the area tonight, then winds will diminish some through Tue as 
strong high pressure dominating most of the western Atlantic 
moves NE and weakens across the region. Large NE swell will 
dominate the regional Atlantic waters through the period. A cold 
front moving across the far western Atlantic is expected to reach
from near Bermuda to the N coast of Hispaniola near 20N70W by 
Wed morning, then gradually stall across the local NW Atlantic 
waters Thu night through Fri.
