.SYNOPSIS...Fresh E to SE winds will prevail across the area 
waters today, then will diminish through Tue as strong high 
pressure dominating most of the western Atlantic moves NE and 
weakens across the region. Large NE swell will dominate the 
regional Atlantic waters through the period. A cold front moving 
across the far western Atlantic is expected to reach from near 
Bermuda to central Hispaniola Wed, then gradually stall across 
the local NW Atlantic waters Thu night through Fri.
