.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong E to SE winds will prevail across 
the Atlantic waters through tonight, then will diminish through
Tue as strong high pressure dominating most of the western 
Atlantic moves NE and weakens across the region. Large NE swell 
will dominate the regional Atlantic waters through the period. A
cold front moving across the far western Atlantic tonight is 
expected to reach from near Bermuda to central Hispaniola Wed 
night, then move across the Mona Passage Thu, and into NW Puerto
Rico Thu night.
