.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front N of the area along 22N will
dissipate today. Fresh to strong E winds will prevail across the
Atlantic waters through tonight, then mainly moderate to fresh 
trades will prevail. A cold front will approach from the west, 
then stall over Hispaniola through early Wed, before moving SE 
into the Mona Passage early Thu. Large NE swell will dominate the
regional Atlantic waters through the period.
