.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front N of the area along 22N will
dissipate today. Fresh to strong NE to E trades will prevail 
across the area waters into Mon night, when another cold front 
will approach from the west, then stall over Hispaniola through 
early Wed, before moving SE into the Mona Passage early Thu.  
Large NE swell will dominate the regional Atlantic waters through 
the period.
