.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front N of the area along 23N will
dissipate through Sun. Fresh to strong NE to E trades will 
prevail into Mon night, when another cold front will approach 
from the west, then stall over Hispaniola for the middle of next 
week. Large NE swell will dominate the regional Atlantic waters 
into late next week.
