.SYNOPSIS...Developing low pressure over the central Atlantic 
combined with strong high pressure well NE of the area will lead
to a tight pressure gradient across the region, resulting in fresh
to strong NE winds through Wed night. Moderate to fresh trades 
are forecast for the remainder forecast period. Otherwise, large 
N to NE swell will affect the Atlantic waters the entire forecast
period and the Caribbean waters through Thu night.
