.SYNOPSIS...A developing low pressure over the central Atlantic 
combined with strong high pressure well NE of the area will lead
to a tight pressure gradient across the region, resulting in the
development of fresh to strong NE winds this morning through Wed
night. Moderate to fresh trades are forecast for the remainder 
forecast period. Otherwise, large N to NE swell will affect the 
Atlantic waters the entire forecast period and the Caribbean 
waters from this afternoon through Thu night.
