.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the W Atlantic extending a ridge
to the northern regional waters will continue to support moderate
to fresh NE to E winds across the entire area through Tue.
Afterward, a developing low pressure over the central Atlantic 
combined with a strong high pressure well to the NE of the area 
will lead to a tight pressure gradient across the region, and 
the return of fresh to strong NE winds Tue night through Wed 
night. Moderate to fresh trades are forecast for the remainder
forecast period. Otherwise, large N to NE swell will continue to
affect the Atlantic waters the entire forecast period and the
Caribbean waters from Tue evening through Fri.
