.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure N of the area will continue to 
bring fresh to strong NE to E winds across the entire area
through tonight. A developing low pressure area over the central
Atlantic combined with a strong high pressure located well to 
the NE will lead to a tight pressure gradient across the region 
and the return of fresh to strong NE winds Tue night into Thu 
morning. Otherwise, large N to NE swell will continue to 
propagate across the Atlantic waters and passages through Mon.
