.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure N of the area will continue to 
bring fresh to strong NE to E winds across the entire area
through tonight. However, by Tue night a low is forecast to  
develop over the central subtropical Atlantic waters. This will
lead to a tight pressure gradient that will result in the return
of fresh to strong winds across the regional waters Tue night 
into Thu morning. Otherwise, large N to NE swell will continue to
propagate across the Atlantic waters and passages through Mon.
