.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from near 23N55W to the 
Dominican Republic near 19N70W. The front will remain nearly 
stationary along 20N-21N on Sat. Strengthening high pressure N of
the area will push the front farther south on Sun reaching the 
northern Leeward Islands as a dissipating front. High pressure 
building in behind it will bring an increase in winds across the
regional waters through the weekend with fresh to strong winds 
expected across the entire area. Large N to NE swell will 
continue to propagate across the Atlantic waters and passages 
this weekend.
