.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from near 23N55W to the 
Dominican Republic near 19N70W. The eastern part of the front 
will move a bit farther south, and stall across the Atlantic 
waters along 21N later today. High pressure building in behind it
will bring an increase in winds across the regional waters today
through the weekend with fresh to strong winds expected across 
the entire area. Large NW to N swell are reaching the N coast of
Puerto Rico.
