.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 22N60W to the N coast
of the Dominican Republic near 20N70W. The eastern part of the
front will move a bit farther south, and stall across the 
Atlantic waters along 21N on Fri. High pressure building in 
behind it will bring an increase in winds across the regional 
waters Fri through the weekend with fresh to strong winds
expected across the entire area. Large NW to N swell will reach
the N coast of Puerto Rico by early Fri morning.
