.SYNOPSIS...An approaching strong cold front is expected to 
reach the N coast of Hispaniola tonight, then stall across the 
Atlantic waters along 20N Sat. High pressure building in behind 
it will bring an increase in winds across the regional waters
tonight through the weekend, with large NW to N swell expected 
to arrive early Fri. The swell will slowly subside late Sun into 
early next week.
