.SYNOPSIS...Wind speeds will diminish considerably today through
Thu. An approaching strong cold front is expected to reach the N
coast of Hispaniola Thu night, and stall across the Atlantic 
waters along 20N Sat. High pressure building in behind it will
bring an increase in winds across the regional waters Thu night 
into the weekend, with large NW swell expected to arrive early 
Fri.
