.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to E-SE winds will prevail 
across the regional waters through tonight before winds speeds
descrease considerably across the region through Thu. An 
approaching strong cold front is expected to reach the N coast of
Hispaniola Thu night, and stall across the Atlantic waters along
20N Sat. This will bring an increase in winds across the 
regional waters Thu night into the weekend, with large NW swell 
arriving early Fri.
