.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 1023 mb extends from the central 
Atlantic W-SW to a surface trough along 74W. Moderate to fresh E
to E-SE winds will prevail across the regional waters through 
Tue, before high pressure weakens considerably across the region
tonight through Thu. An approaching strong cold front is 
expected to reach the N coast of Hispaniola Thu night, and stall
across the Atlantic waters along 20N Sat. This will bring an 
increase in winds across the regional waters Thu night into the 
weekend, with large NW swell arriving Fri morning.
