.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 1026 mb extends from the central 
Atlantic W-SW to a surface trough along 70W. Moderate E to E-SE 
winds across the regional waters will briefly reach moderate to 
fresh speeds this evening through Tue evening, as the trough
shifts westward. Afterwards, gentle to moderate trades are 
expected to further diminish to light to gentle speeds Wed 
evening, as high pressure weakens considerably across the region.
An approaching strong cold front is expected to reach NE portions
of Hispaniola early Fri, and produce an increase winds and seas 
in the region Thu night into the weekend.
