.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate NE to E winds across the regional
waters will briefly reach moderate to fresh speeds from this
evening through Tue evening. Afterwards, gentle to moderate 
trades are expected to further diminish to light to gentle speeds
Wed evening. However, an approaching cold front is forecast to 
increase winds and seas in the region Thu night into the weekend.
Rough seas are forecast for the Atlantic waters Fri through late
Sat.
