.SYNOPSIS...A strong Bermuda High north of the area combined
with the Colombian Low will continue to support fresh trades and
moderate to rough seas through Mon. As the high diminishes and 
shifts eastward, the trades may weaken some on Tue over the 
Atlantic waters.
