.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh trade winds will continue 
across the Atlantic regional waters today through Fri night. 
Rough seas to 8 ft will also impact the Atlantic regional waters
through tonight. Seas will subside below 8 ft by Fri, with NE 
swell continuing through Fri night. Moderate winds and seas will 
prevail in the Atlantic waters this weekend and into early next 
week. The Caribbean regional waters can expect moderate winds and
seas through early next week.
