.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds will continue across
the Atlantic regional waters today through Fri night. Rough seas
to near 10 ft will also impact the Atlantic regional waters 
through tonight. Seas will subside below 8 ft by Fri. Moderate 
winds and seas will prevail in the Atlantic waters this weekend 
and into early next week. The Caribbean regional waters can 
expect moderate winds and seas through early next week.
