the regional waters through Mon night, except to locally fresh
winds over the Atlantic waters tonight and Fri night. Rough seas
to 10 ft in northerly swell over the Atlantic regional waters 
associated with a weakening stationary front are forecast to
subside below 8 ft by Thu evening.
