.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds become northeasterly later 
today and tonight as a cold front passes to the north of the 
area. This front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms 
today through Tue night. Northerly swell will reach Atlantic 
waters late Tue, with moderate to rough seas expected late Tue 
night through Thu night.
