.SYNOPSIS...Winds will transition from southerly to northeasterly
today and tonight as a weak cold front passes mainly N of the 
area. This front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms
early this week. Northerly swell will reach Atlantic waters late
Tue, with seas increasing to 8 to 10 ft late Tue night through 
Wed.
