.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between low pressure to the
west and high pressure in the central Atlantic will continue to 
support moderate to fresh southerly winds through Mon. Winds 
will veer to the N and NE Mon night into as a cold front passes 
just N of Atlantic waters. Pulses of northerly swell, in the wake
of the front, will reach the Atlantic waters by Tue night.
