.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Twenty-Two is near 17.5N 
79.1W at 10 AM EST, and is moving northeast at 12 kt. Maximum 
sustained winds are 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt, and the minimum 
central pressure is 1004 mb. Twenty-Two will pass well W of the 
area this weekend as a tropical storm. Fresh winds will prevail 
through Sun. Northerly swell will increase seas across the 
Atlantic waters and passages into the weekend.
