.SYNOPSIS...Potential Tropical Cyclone Twenty-Two, currently in
the western Caribbean, is expected to become a tropical
depression by tonight then pass well W of the area this weekend 
as a tropical storm. Fresh winds will prevail through tonight. 
Northerly swell will increase seas across the Atlantic waters and
passages into the weekend.
