.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the western Atlantic will 
maintain gentle to moderate trade winds over the regional waters
today. Stronger high pressure will begin to build over the 
western Atlantic on Thu, then gradually shift eastward through 
the weekend. The associated gradient will support fresh trade 
winds along with seas building slightly through Sun night.
