.SYNOPSIS...A series of weak troughs over the western Atlantic
will maintain gentle to moderate trade winds and moderate north 
to northeast swell over the regional waters through Wed. 
Thereafter, high pressure will build north of the area
supporting fresh trade winds along with seas building slightly 
through the period.
