.SYNOPSIS...Moderate easterly winds will diminish to light to 
gentle speeds tonight into Tue as an inverted trough moves 
westward from the central Atlantic and passes just N of the 
area. High pressure will begin to build across the NW Atlantic
Wed night through the end of the week and act to freshen the 
local trade wind flow.
