.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh easterly winds will diminish to 
moderate speeds tonight, and to light to gentle speeds Sun night 
into Tue next week, as an inverted trough moves westward across 
the central Atlantic and passes just N of the area. Otherwise, 
moderate seas are forecast to subside to slight seas Sun night.
