continue across the eastern waters today as elongated low
pressure along 70W shifts W-NW and slowly weakens through Mon. 
N-NE swell will continue to affect the local Atlantic waters and
move through the Caribbean passages today. Expect moderate
southeasterly winds and subsiding seas Mon through Wed.
