.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Tammy currently E of Bermuda will 
move E to SE through Tue. Low level troughing extends from S of 
Tammy to 1008 mb low pressure just N of the Mona Passage, which 
will drift NW through Mon. Scattered to numerous strong 
thunderstorms will continue near and E of the low pressure and
shift across the local area. Large N-NE swell across the western
Atlantic will continue to impact the local Atlantic waters and 
move through Caribbean passages through the weekend. Moderate SE 
winds will prevail Sun through Wed, as the low center moves away
from the area.
