.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Tammy currently E of Bermuda will 
move E to SE through the weekend. Low level troughing extends 
from S of Tammy to 1008 mb low pressure just N of Puerto Rico,
which will drift W-NW through the weekend. Scattered to numerous
strong thunderstorms will continue near and E of the low 
pressure. Large N-NE swell across the western Atlantic will 
continue to impact the local Atlantic waters and move through 
Caribbean passages through the weekend. Moderate SE winds will 
prevail tonight through the forecast period, as the low center 
moves away from the area.
