.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Tammy currently E of Bermuda will 
move E to SE through the weekend. Low level troughing extends 
from S of Tammy to the NE Caribbean and will drift W-NW through 
the weekend. Large N-NE swell across the western Atlantic will 
continue to impact the local Atlantic waters and move through 
Caribbean passages through the weekend. Moderate winds will 
prevail through the forecast period, briefly becoming fresh on 
Sat.
